Who we are
The Service is operated by Spacescaping (“we”, “us”), founded in Istanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us at hello@spacescaping.co.
Who may use it
You must be at least 16, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using online services without a parent’s consent, and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for a studio or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms. While the Service is in early access we may admit, limit or decline accounts at our discretion.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep it current. Keep your password secret: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. One person, one personal account.
Handles
A handle (spacescaping.co/yourname) is a permission to use a name on the Service, not property you own. Reserving one on the waitlist is an expression of interest, not a guarantee. We may refuse, reclaim or change a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or another right, is misleading or offensive, or is not in use, and we keep some names for the Service itself.
Your work stays yours
You keep every right you have in what you upload or write. To run the Service you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and adapt your content for display (for example resizing an image or rendering a page), and — only for what you choose to publish — to show and distribute it publicly, including to search engines. We may let our service providers do these things on our behalf. We use this licence only to operate, secure and improve the Service. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies kept for a limited time, anything others have lawfully shared or saved before then, and what the law requires us to keep.
What you promise about your work
You own what you upload or have every permission it needs — from photographers, clients, collaborators, employers and anyone shown in it — and publishing it breaks no confidentiality agreement, law or anyone’s rights. You are responsible for the credits you give and for work you mark as your own.
What is not allowed
Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights; publish content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or that exploits minors; impersonate anyone or misrepresent your role in a project; send spam or malware; probe, scan or break our security or limits; scrape, copy or harvest the Service or other members’ content by automated means; use it to train AI models or to build a competing dataset; or reverse engineer it beyond what the law expressly allows. We may remove content or restrict accounts that do.
Teams
A team is created on a team plan by its owner, who with the team’s managers decides who is in it and what they may do. Work given to a team can be read and changed by the people in it; only its maker or a manager can delete it. Removing someone from a team does not remove the work they made there. Whoever runs a team is responsible for how it is used.
AI tools
Some tools send what you give them to third-party AI models and return what those models produce. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to what others receive. Check it before you rely on it or publish it — especially anything technical, structural, legal or about safety. Do not submit anything you are not allowed to share. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
Plans, credits and payment
Early access is free. Before any paid plan applies to you, you will see its price and terms and be asked to agree. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may expire as your plan describes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
Our part
The Service, its software, design, name and marks belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you permission to use the Service as offered and nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
If your work is copied
If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, write to hello@spacescaping.co with: the work, where it appears on the Service, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or act for them. We will act promptly, may remove the material, and will close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can reply with an explanation.
Ending
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect members, the public or the Service; where it is reasonable and lawful we will tell you why and give you a chance to take a copy of your work first. Early access may end or change. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, the law that applies — survive.
Early access
The Service is in early access. Features may change, be withdrawn or contain errors, and it may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of your work.
What we do not promise
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing on the Service is professional, engineering or legal advice.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, however caused. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent and gross negligence where the law says so.
Claims about your content
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or your breach of these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows. We will tell you about the claim and let you take part in answering it.
If you are a consumer
If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep every right the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these terms takes them away.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to their conflict-of-laws rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live when the law gives them that right. Before going to court, write to us: most things are settled faster that way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the Service at least fourteen days before it applies, unless it is required sooner by law or to deal with misuse. If you keep using the Service after a change applies, the new terms apply to you; if you do not agree, you can close your account.
The rest
These terms, the privacy notice and the cookie policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are written in English and Turkish; if they differ, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.
